Refund Policy

1. Refund window

Both the annual subscription and the lifetime plan are refundable within 14 calendar days from the date of payment. This window applies to every customer, in every country, regardless of payment processor. After 14 days the purchase is final, except where the consumer law of your country requires otherwise.

2. Brazilian Consumer Code (CDC)

Brazilian customers are covered by Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990 — "Código de Defesa do Consumidor"), which guarantees a 7-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Our policy extends this statutory minimum to 14 days for every customer worldwide.

3. International customers

The same 14-day refund window applies regardless of whether your payment was processed by Paddle (international) or Mercado Pago (Brazil). The refund is issued by the payment processor in the original currency.

4. How to request

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the same address registered in your Lyra account, with the subject "Refund request" and your transaction id.
2. You can also cancel the subscription self-service at /billing — that stops future charges. The refund of the latest payment still goes through the email request above.
3. No justification required within the 14-day window. You may use Lyra during the window without losing your refund right.

5. Processing time

Once approved, the refund is initiated within 5 business days. The actual time the money returns to your card or PIX depends on the payment processor and the issuing bank — usually 1 to 10 days.

6. Statutory protections

This policy does not override your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. If your local consumer law grants you a longer or stronger refund right, that right applies.
